Role and Responsibilities Executes maintenance programs for Plant systems and equipment - Electrical and completes test and maintenance reports. Ensures that established maintenance procedures, practices, standards and codes are followed in the execution of maintenance work. Carries out and monitors routine and non-routine equipment inspection in accordance with approved checklists and maintenance schedules using the appropriate test equipment and techniques. Assists in the preparation, monitoring and implementation of maintenance job schedules and procedures for routine turnaround, shutdowns and overhaul and repair work. Troubleshoots problems that may affect Plant equipment efficiency, quality of product or plant equipment life and recommends solutions. Reports any equipment defects and abnormal conditions to the Electrical Supervisor. Inspects, troubleshoots repairs and/or replaces Electrical equipment and their components as required. Ensures that the correct materials, spare parts, tools, test equipment and required resources are identified for the efficient execution of the jobs. Records equipment information electronically and manually to ensure an efficient and reliable source of historical and analytical data. Updates work order management system for maintenance activities. Troubleshoot, maintain and calibrate electrical and test equipment in accordance with manufacturers specifications. Liaises with warehouse personnel to ensure the availability of a stock of critical spares and inventory of materials, tools, ect, in relation to maintenance work schedules. Supervises the execution of turnaround jobs to ensure the general HSE and Quality standards are followed and safe systems of work are maintained. Keep up to date with existing operating conditions on other plants. Ensures that excellent standards of housekeeping are observed on the Plant. Responsible for all company assets and operations of the facility whilst on duty. Responsible for maintain a consistent line of communication with other Plant personnel on all matters related to maintenance field activities. Ensure that the LOTTO policy is adhered to

Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
