Provide expert opinion and advice for all contracts & Frame Level Agreements Interface with OPCO Finance team and lead in resolving all financial issues with OPCOs and Contractors. . Responsible for overall cost allocation, cost control and processing of SLAs Responsible for costing and maintain a data bank of vendors, contractors, costs & prices and update on regular basis. Minimum Criteria :
B.E./B.Sc./B.Tech. in Any Engineering Discipline with Minimum Twelve (07) years of relevant experience, predominantly in the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical or Fertilizer Industry. Imparts verbal and written messages clearly, Knows and applies correct communication procedures accurately and timely while showing tact and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external stake holders. Proficient knowledge of Project management Concepts and Company Procedures Sound knowledge of budgeting, costing, commercial practices, legal aspects and negotiation skills. Ability to utilize specialized applicable software package High degree of computer literacy in order to create well structured documents, spreadsheets, presentations, proposals and other documents.
