Our client is a leading Medical University in Bahrain, is a not-for-profit health sciences institution focused on education and research to drive positive change in all areas of human health worldwide. Currently they are looking to hire Enrollment Supervisor to be based in Bahrain Office.
The role is an integral part of the operations to ensure all office administration tasks are
completed in a timely manner and ensuring perspective students are proactively nurtured throughout
the enrollment process and relationship with sponsors are maintained. The principal objective of the
post is to:
1) supervise all aspects of office administration and operation
2) support prospective students enrolling to IOL Bahrain Healthcare Management Courses
3) develop and implement the student recruitment strategy that focuses on growth via improved
conversion and lead generation campaigns
-Manage all aspects of IOL Bahrain office administration / operations
-Ensure all regulatory requirements are adhered too and met
-Develop and maintain relationships with key healthcare institutions in the region to promote IOL
-Engage and nurture relationships with prospective students
-Advise proactively prospective students on the programs, in person or via telephone and guiding
them through the enrollment process
-Financial aid and academic counseling
-Prepare files for admissions review and on-going follow up
-Maintaining a comprehensive database / CRM platform to include all student records
-Implement student attraction plans for all programs offered by IOL
-Manage the implementation of Marketing & Communications campaigns / events
-Work with the Marketing & Communications to ensure that all marketing is up to date, accurate and
available at required times.
-Support the updating of the University website information.
-Support market studies and research
-3 years of relevant supervisory experience is desirable
-Highly motivated with an ability to work on his/her own initiative.
-A higher education qualification, preferably in a business or management-related area or
equivalent through experience.
-Knowledge of student recruitment and admissions is desirable but not essential.
-An ability to adapt to the needs of a busy and changing environment, act decisively and prioritize
several initiatives to meet deadlines.
-An effective communication style appropriate to audience and situation.
-Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to focus on, and produce results.
-Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional sales. A business degree is
welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.
-Ability to act decisively and meet deadlines.
-Must be prepared to work outside normal working hours and at weekends.
-Strong commitment to own continuous personal and professional development.

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
