Responsible for the implementation and delivery of customized ERP solutions to clients.
Ability to configure/ customize the ERP application to meet their business requirements.
Responsible for managing clients in post-sales environments.
Ability to assess client needs, develop innovative plans to solve their problems and implement these plans to the client's satisfaction.
Daily interaction with customers, delivery of solutions and close communication with Project Manager and other team members. Documenting and overseeing the documentation of business processes, business mapping, and business requirements and meeting notes.
Attend internal meetings including knowledge transfers and Q&A.
Building successful customer relationships.
The Consultant will be expected to contribute to the solutions repository/best practices and knowledge share activities.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
