Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related course
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
Minimum 15 years of proven work experience in project management
Offshore/marine project Manager work experience is a must
Aramco projects experience is highly preferred
Expert user of Primavera P6 with sound knowledge of other programs such as P3 or MS Project
Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Extensive client-facing and internal communication skills
Lead and manage the project controls team
Develop and implement the project controls execution strategy to achieve the contract requirements
Developing project controls standards, policies and procedures and change management programs
To manage the project control resources required to deliver a multiple million pound cross functional engineering project
Coordination with program management team on all aspects of project controls
Ensuring the Project controls team produce weekly / monthly reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances.
Establishing and managing the project master schedule, budget and project cost control, risk management plan, document control and change control
Ability to effectively monitor and analyze progress, cost and risks, identify trends and recommend corrective actions

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
