Job Description
POSITION: Executive Assistant / Office Admin

SALARY: up to 8,000 AED depending on qualifications and experience

HIRING COMPANY: Building Materials Company

WORK LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAE

AVAILABILITY: Immediately available candidates will be prioritized (1 month max)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent / Full-time

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Open to Filipino nationals only

Female, 35 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s Degree or any related field

At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably from the Oil and Gas, steel, building materials or fabrication industry

Knowledge in office management systems and procedures

Knowledge in using MS Office suites

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel

Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.

Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings

Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners

Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

Take minutes during meetings

Organize and maintain the office filing system
