Job Purpose: Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Executive Assistant will provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship and will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the GMs office which handle, the US, Purchase division, NPD division among others.
Taking of clear & thorough minutes & action points, from all the GMs meetings.
Ensuring a high level of organisations in the collating of all notes taken.
Consistent follow up with various departments to ensure implementation of action points taken.
Assisting the GM with the creation of P&Ls for new business opportunities.
Regular analysis of financial data, to give summaries & conclusions to the GM.
Regular interaction & phone calls with the GMs USA based team.
Creation of presentations and summarizing information in a clear & easy to digest manner.
Performing complex and confidential administrative functions for General Manager.
Maintaining confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters.
Mustbe have a Finance-specific Degree or CA (which is ideal) or have a masters degree in finance/Finance & Accountancy from any premier University, graduated with top class grade.
Minimum5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to Senior Management with ability to analyze financial documents, create P&Ls, co-ordinate between various departments, conduct sales data analysis.
Must have very strong financial acumen.
Ability to create P&Ls and to conduct in-depth financial data analysis.
Must be very proficient at Excel.
Ideally has experience of working on JD Edwards (ERP system) or another ERP system.
Very strong English written and verbal communication.
Very good administrative & organization skills.
Solid analytical capabilities can pull important points and patterns from data to make decisions and recommendations.
High attention to detail.
Ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
Must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Proficiency in Excel is a must, ideally they have worked on JD Edwards (Oracle) or another EPR system.
Having experience in working with CEO, Business Head, MD or with any Members of the Senior Management Team.
Salary: AED 6,000 to 8,000 per month with 30 days paid annual leave for every completed 12 months services with to and fro air travel allowance for self + Medical reimbursement for self + other statutory benefits such as Gratuity, as per UAE Law.

Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
