Supervise kitchen staff’s activities 5. Managing and training Kitchen staff. 6. Rectify arising problems or complaints 7. Give prepared plates the "final touch" 8. Perform administrative duties 9. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards 10. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers 11. Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
1. BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate. 2. Proven working experience as Executive Chef / Sous chef 3. Minimum 4 - 8 years of experience of kitchen management 4. Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently 5. Capable of delegating multiple tasks 6. Communication and leadership skills 7. Keep up with cooking trends and best practices 8. Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
