Job Description
JOB PURPOSE


• To ensure all marketing functions are carried out in an effective and responsible manner in line with the Company’s business objectives. 

EDUCATIONAL / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• A Degree in Marketing/Corporate Communications, Engineering or relevant experience in a similar industry.

WORKING EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience or 4 years in the field of study.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Executive (PR/Research)

1) Gather market and business intelligence through monitoring of maritime activities and active market research.

2) Develop and maintain various marketing databases and dashboards.

3) Assist the business development team in identifying key markets and opportunities.

4) Prepare relevant reports and data analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis.

5) Liaise with different department for tender documentation.

6) Coordinate with global agents for marketing visits.

7) Formulate and strategise annual media plan and yearly budget.

8) Organise internal and external events such as in-house tours, client visits and exhibitions.

9) Work closely with leading publishers for editorial and advertorial activities.

10) Writes in-house and external content such newsletters, speeches, articles and annual reports.

11) Develop N-KOM’s marketing collaterals.

12) Maintains and updates information in N-KOM’s website.

13) Provide video and photography support in the shipyard.

14) Performs any other duties assigned.
