Job Description
In addition to basic office functions also responsible for writing or preparing reports, organizing and scheduling meetings, reviewing incoming messages to determine their significance, preparing agendas for board meetings, making travel arrangements, compiling meeting minutes, conducting research, preparing correspondence etc. Have knowledge of using computer programs like MS Office, etc. and have knowledge of maintaining the filing system and record keeping. Must be fluent in English language. Also should have an experience in accounting works including banking & finance. Must have knowledge of using Accounting software. Knowledge in common accounting & banking terminology like debit, credit, etc.
