Purpose of the role: Responsible to provide administrative, business communication and public relations support to the corporate office.

Roles and Responsibilities
-Manage, review and prioritize all correspondences coming to the corporate office & prepare business letters for top management.
-Professionally responding to various business stakeholders.
-Prepare correspondence with varied stakeholders like, governments Business Partners, VIP and VVIPS across the globe.
-Reviews and answers sensitive mail and inquires on own initiative and determines within established guidelines if executive action is required.
-Compiles reviews and analyzes data and prepares detailed reports and recommendations.
-Responsible for drafting official letters, agendas, reports, slide presentations and other documents.
Should hold a Bachelor/Master degree in English Literature/English Language/relevant with minimum 8 years of experience in similar role with large corporate.
Ideal candidate must be familiar with all the MS Office tools

Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
