Maintain and develop the client and distributor network in GCC
Provide technical support to clients and update on new marketing and promotional activities
Plan the business portfolioand territory sales according to a market development strategy
Manage the productand service mix as well as pricesand margins
Analyse local competitor activities and market conditions
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories
Provide information to facilitate the development of new services or new requested articles
Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information
Report to the Regional Sales Manager
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
University degree inEngineering or similar
Working experience in a similar role in the aluminium industry in GCC
Customer- and business-oriented way of thinking
Ability to prioritise workload
Fluent English language skills, any European language would be advantageous
Structured and proactive way of working
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Willingnes to travel

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
