Assist in developing the capacity of category A farm managers, supervisor and workers to adopt and implement better practice across their farms
Support farmers and farm owners by communicating information on farm management, improved production, sustainable use of natural resources (water, soil, etc.) to ensure the adoption and implement of good agricultural practice (GAP) across the farms
Participate in conducting farm visits to understand the requirement of the farms and provide recommendations to enhance the performance of the farms business.
Communicate to farmers the latest technologies used to enhance the performance of farms and its sustainability, focusing on date palm management
Assist in providing technical training and guidance to farmers and farm owners.
Provide regular reports on farm activities to analyses and develop processes and controls to improve long term performance of the farms

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
