Job Description


Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of all Facilities Management services.
  • Work alongside client in strategic & tactical planning within FM dept.
  • Responsible for FM standards and delivery through KPI's/SLA's
  • Provide professional advice to the client on FM matters associated with the site/s
  • Accountable for the financial performance of the site/s service delivery.
  • Manage budgets and prepare regular forecasts according to agreed schedules targets.
  • Responsible for adherence to business controls and CBRE processes and procedures including running FMP
  • Responsible for initiating value adding initiatives at site.
  • Ensure essential site soft and hard services PPM and remedial works are completed
  • Ensure essential site Critical systems (UPS, FM200, Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, M&E, HVAC) and non-critical systems and equipment is maintained
  • Ensure a cost effective maintenance program for all buildings, plant, systems and equipment is in place
  • Ensure projects are managed within the portfolio and delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage suppliers who support the site/s
  • Ensure that all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements are in place at site/s within remit.
  • Manage all emergency procedures for the site/s.
  • Develop and manage pass-through opportunities to realize savings.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of facilities related on-site and visiting contractors
  • Manage all service contracts including cleaning, vending, security, maintenance etc.
  • Establish effective day-to-day business relationships with the client and take a proactive approach to requirements.
  • Produce regular reports according to schedule agreed with the client.
  • Hold regular progress reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Liaise with landlord and property managers to ensure their service charge obligations are met.
  • Set goals to direct reports and do performance evaluation
  • Control all purchasing, ensuring competitive pricing, tenders, approvals and timely submission for settlement.


Requirements:
  • Engineering or related qualification/background is preferable with a knowledge of building mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems
  • Considerable (8+ years) experience in Facilities Management senior role in commercial & industrial environments
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Arabic will be an advantage
  • Certified FMP, PMP or NEBOSH will be advantage
  • Working experience on utility systems like Effluent Treatment Plant, Reverse Osmosis plant, Air Compressors, Generators etc.
  • Excellent Hard & Soft services knowledge
  • Strong commercial understanding - P&L/ Budget responsibility up to SAR. 10 million.
  • Capability to manage facilities over 50k sqm floor area
  • Good know-how of QHSE in workplaces & factory floor
  • Excellent client relationship skills
  • Experienced in managing small to medium projects
  • Ability to manage 40+ staff
  • Strong organizational skills
