At least 4 years of experience in event management or related professional area
Degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage, Sales and Marketing or any related professional area
Responsible for the management of all aspects of the Conference and Events Division
Coordinates details and menus for clients' functions and maintains budgeted revenues through solicitation of business
Monitors and controls financial and administrative responsibilities
Ensures the highest level of service by training and developing staff and executing the requirements of events
Core work activities: managing conferences and special events operations and budgets, leading conference and special events team, managing profitability and ensuring exceptional customer service
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Presentable and well groomed
Can join immediately (max 1 month)

Salary up to 15,000 QAR, depending on qualifications and years of experience, plus free accommodation, 750 QR transportation allowance, annual airline ticket for self and family, medical insurance for self and family

Policy Servicing:-
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
