Job Requirement Specialist Female Dermatologist with MOH License required (at least 5 years after specialty qualification in COSMETICS, AESTHETICS procedures/consultancy) Essential Experiences Skills/Abilities/Experience: Appropriate experience and competence in all aspects of Dermatology. Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience since gaining higher qualification. Demonstrated commitment to continuing medical education. Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement for better health outcomes. Fluency in written and spoken English (Arabic language is preferred) High level of verbal and written communication skills. - High level of interpersonal and organizational skills. - Good computer literacy. Licensing and Education: Basic Medical Degree recognized by Ministry of Health-UAE. Completion of a relevant recognized higher professional education program. Certification of higher professional education recognized by relevant licensing authority or MD from a recognized institute or equivalent. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
