Supervise vendor civil work and control civil specifications and requirements in the field. • Manage the additional 3rd parties and subcontractors work for Operator direct scope if any such as COWs and GRDs. • Validate, audit and accept a model site to be followed by Vendors taking into consideration selecting the most optimum solutions. • Ensures that approved design and technical calculations are implemented in the field. • Evaluates and approves the site civil documents such as PCDs, TSSRs, structural analysis...etc. and provide alternative solution if required. • Attends and supervise all major activities at the field like concrete casting and tower foundation…. etc. • Perform Civil Acceptance. • Manage and controls the extra works performed by Vendors and verify the extra work quantities like backfilling, access road...etc.
