Field Sales Representative

Keywords / Skills : One of our clients is recruiting for a Field Sales Representative Main Responsibilities: Execute Field Sales Activities in the whole of KSA and agreed sales channels Main Purpose of Job: • Perform the activities built within the key drivers in the territory with a key focus on generating demand from existing and new customers • Conduct daily store visit, ensure brand visibility and stocks availability • Deliver agreed sales targets by category and channel and meet all cycle objectives • Target to have the perfect store display and product offering adhering to brand guidelines • Coach the distributors team and give feedback on brand push in the territory • Build and manage new and existing key customer relationship for sustainable growth • Execute brand guidelines, planograms, optimizing face to face time with the customer while ensuring the key steps of a call are followed • Ensure proper stock supply through accurate monthly store reach and forecast Expected Duties: • Daily and weekly store audit availability and summary reports • Grocery and retailer visits, product quality check, presentation, display and range availability • Develop relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations • Handle customer queries and feedback • Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves • Manage activities affecting to smooth execution of sales in the territory. • Actively promote the company’s products Requirements: • University degree in Business desirable or similar field • Minimum 1 years’ experience in Sales, Operations, Merchandising, preferably in the Out of Home channel • Demonstrated success in field sales, managing distribution channels and or brand launch • Understanding of and practical experience with quality principles of HACCP, ISO, supply chain and FIFO in the FMCG industry • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft word and excel • Bilingual English and Arabic • Possess excellent time management skills • A natural problem solver with ability to easily prioritize • Hold a full clean KSA driving license • Presentable, confident, flexible and prepared to learn
