Job Description
POSITION: Admin
SALARY: up to 5,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
HIRING COMPANY: Security Printing Company
WORK LOCATION: Dubai Production City, UAE
AVAILABILITY: Can join by October 2019
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to FILIPINO nationals
Female, 35 years old and below
Candidates must be on Visit or Cancelled Visa
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant course
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the UAE
Well-versed in visa processing and HR related matters
Excellent communication and time management skills
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
Maintain and update company databases
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Answer queries by employees and clients
Update office policies as needed
Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
Book meeting rooms as required
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
Arrange travel and accommodations
Schedule in-house and external events
