Provide leadership and clear direction, implementing financial plans and controls and motivating staff to seek demanding standards while recognizing their contribution so that they feel strongly motivated and empowered.
Assist with the development, negotiation and implementation of business plans and associated activities, contributing to the success of such future programs as IPOs, acquisitions and expansions and making sure that ‘best in class’ projections are correctly supported, realistic and realised.
Through advanced use of treasury instruments, plan, develop and execute the forward cash requirements for the business which enable ambitious expansion, acquisition and other programs to be realised cost effectively and efficiently, minimising the cost of capital.
Plan and prepare the financial statements for the business so that they accurately reflect the true status of Qatar Steel, ensuring conformance to financial standards in line with best international auditing practice.
Prepare and implement the Financial Authorities Manual and other financial standards, policies, procedures and regulations, ensuring full compliance in all areas
Manages risk so that an optimum is achieved in the risk/reward relationship, proactively developing opportunities and countering challenges
Develops the budget, gains commitment and ensures that targets set are achieved through the judicious management of variances
Around 12 years of experience of Financial Management within relevant industries (Steel, Heavy Equipment & Logistics, Oil & Gas)
And required with at least 5 years in a Senior Financial position managing multi-cultural, multi-national teams.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
