We, on behalf of our client, based in UAE hiring a Finance Manager for the responsibility to manage the entire financial activities of organization.
  • Reviewing financial reports & preparing activity reports & financial forecasts.
  • Investigate ways to improve profitability and analyze markets.
  • Develop financial strategies for the growth of the organisation based on financial research.
  • Providing and interpreting financial information.
  • Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
  • Analysing change and advising accordingly.
  • Formulating strategic and long-term business plans
  • Analysing competitors and market trends.
  • Developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk
  • Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
  • Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
  • Overall In-charge in the Finance Department.
  • Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning.
  • Producing long-term business plans.
  • Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure.
  • Managing Budgets.
  • Carrying out business modelling and risk assessment.
  • Supervising staff.
  • Liaising with the managerial staff of other department and other colleagues.
  • Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
  • Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning.

Requirements & Skills
The ideal candidate has to hold Masters degree with ACCA/CA/CPA Qualified with experience in using a large ERP system. Commercial and business awareness. An analytical approach to work. Problem-solving skills and initiative. Negotiation skills and the ability to influence others. Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature. Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise. The potential to lead and motivate others.
