The Organization: Our client is a private healthcare group with hospitals, clinics and outlets throughout the UAE.
Duties & Responsibilities: Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action; Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take; Maintain the financial health of the organization; Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the companys actual performance compared to the business plans; Develop trends and projections for the firms finances; Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities; Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met; Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken;
Skills & Competencies: Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; Knowledge of group consolidation; Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles; Expertise in finalization of accounts, book closing and reporting;
Education & Qualifications: CA Final; Minimum of 4-5 years experience in a multinational/Fortune 500 company; IFRS knowledge will be preferred but not mandatory; Immediately available, already in UAE

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
