As a Financial Analyst you will contribute to the success of a world-class finance organization as it transforms to uniform and standardized financial data flows.
You will work as part of finance and business teams to investigate finance flows, generate and improve reports to provide enterprise data quality. You will gather and add integrate actual data, using manual processing to tackle discrepancies. You will continually improve processes and outcomes knowing that simplicity and data quality is the key factor for success.
Bachelor’s degree in finance-related field or accounting certification.
3+ years of finance experience gained in a production/IT environment including running finance processes or financial data analysis (Sales / Revenue / Cash-flow forecasting, Budgeting, Financial planning etc..).
Relevant hands-on experience with finance reporting (starting with Excel and Google sheets).
Big 4 Audit / prior audit participation experience a must
Experience using corporate ERPs for running finance processes.
Working remotely, available at least partially during US business hours.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
