A well-established financial services company is looking to hire a General Manager with at least 8 years experience in financial institutions of which at least 4 years in a Senior Management role. Successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing overall business operations and managing the resources to drive higher profit margin.He/she will ensure effective management of all aspects/activities involving operations, strategic business planning and development, cost control and overall profitability; ensure proper implementation of all Central Bank of the UAE Regulations, AML Compliance policies and procedures.Ideal candidate should have a thorough knowledge of all applicable Laws, Rules, Regulations, Notices and the Standards related to Exchange Business in the UAE. Must be a Degree holder in Business, Finance, Accounting or relevant field of study. CA, ACCA or CIMA certification and experience in money exchange business are an added advantage.
Job Description :

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
