Job Description
• Identify, Study and make appropriate recommendations for starting projects to the Board of Directors.

• Representing the company before the government bodies, clients and consultants and etc.

• Managing company’s different staff and assigning duties.

• Directing and evaluating the daily operations at the company.

• Planning and directing investment activities at the company.

• Monitor and keep a close eye on the market for new investment opportunities.

• Develop and execute current projects on timely manner.

• Developing and implementing strategies and achieving targets as directed by board.

• Develop feasibility studies and analyze various real estate development opportunities, including financial analysis.

• Ability to deal with diverse stakeholders.

• Prepare regular reports on progress, budgets, and expenditures related to the management of real estate development activities.

• Perform other related duties as required.
