Skills / Qualifications • Full management responsibility for our Logistics operations in Iraq with P&L accountability.

• Direct, manage and coordinate logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer service activities.

• Lead and direct strategic planning for logistics and customer services.

• Reinforce Logistics best practices and coach team through operational challenges.

• Lead the team to Increase Productivity and Operational Efficiency.

• Accurately forecast and drive business priorities through Advanced Financial and Operational Analysis.

• Will have complete P/L responsibility.

• Manage financial analysis and summaries related to reporting, budgeting, forecasting and long term planning.

• Identify and execute opportunities to reduce expense, increase efficiency and optimize labor costs.

• Accurately determine Building ROI for business opportunities and initiatives.

• Build and Maintain Business Partner Relationships across the network.

• Establish strategic partnerships with HR team and Corporate Logistics.

Share best practices, sources of efficiency and business knowledge with Network and Corporate partners.

• Lead teams to ensure consistency across the network.

• Lead Highly Effective Teams to increase engagement and productivity.

• Drive a positive and engaging work environment for Non-Exempt and Exempt team members.

• Lead the team through challenges and peak business cycles through operational expertise and influence.

• Develop Managers through performance feedback, coaching and guiding development plans.
