Provide executive assistance to the Managing Director
Schedule meetings, organizing business trips and perform complex travel arrangements
Manage email and phone correspondence with high-caliber clients
Manage visa applications and communicate with the authorities
Take minutes of meetings
Responsible for quality management
Support in organizing and coordinating events
Provide support for departments where needed
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
University degree in Business Administration or similar
Extensive working experience in a similar position and environment is required
Based in the UAE, UAE working experience in a similar role would be advantageous
Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask
Highly proficient in MS Office applications
Excellent English language skills (spoken and written), German language skills would be an added value
Proactive and solution-oriented personality
Independent working attitude

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
