Your duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Manage correspondence via telephone and e-mail
  • Greet and welcome customers, clients, and other visitors
  • Maintain the security by following procedures and controlling access
  • Handle incoming and outgoing e-mails and packages from all departments
  • Track outbound shipments when needed
  • Management of office supplies
  • Data entry
  • General office duties
Candidate profile

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English language skills, German is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office
  • Friendly and team-player attitude
  • Organization skills
