Position: Global Sales & Marketing Head – ERP IT Solution (Shipping & Retail)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Purpose of the role:
The Global Sales & Marketing Head provides leadership & direction to the organizations sales & marketing function. Accountable for overall sales organization performance, the profitable achievement of sales organization goals, and for aligning sales objectives with firm business strategy.
-Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy & Contribute to the overall growth of the company
-Review and manage content marketing strategy.
-Determine KPIs for marketing department & track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports.
-Work with sales and development and customer success teams.
-Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy.
-Analyze company's marketing strategy and suggest improvements.
-Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns.
-Set and achieve strategic goals related to social media metrics, advertising and marketing campaign initiatives.
-Negotiate compensation and project details for outside contractors related to marketing and promotions.
-Create and propagate an enthusiastic brand message that will resonate with company’s target demographics.
-Follow up with franchisees on daily revenue reports, social media strategies and other components of the marketing program.
-Plan, direct & manage overall Sales & Marketing unit with P&L responsibility, annual Sales target phasing/setting.
-Ensure strategic vision & implementation of the business roadmap validated by the board.
-Provide leadership & direction to the Sales & Marketing team; ensuring 100% achievements of the Business target.
-Timely dissemination of data to the sales teams & competitor Analysis.
-Work together with Technical Head & Delivery Head to have product alignment as per industry requirements.
-High end delivery vision for sustainable business & consistent growth of the company.
-Identify new business opportunities to constantly prepare company to meet market demands.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience:
-Must have 16+ Years of experience and more than 12+ Yrs in Senior Management role.
-Strong experience of selling IT solutions to Shipping, Logistics, Travel & Retail industries within MENA region is highly prepared.
-Post-Graduation or Equivalent degree or MBA from a reputed institute is required
-Passionate about Sales & Marketing.
-Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to positively influence and challenge supportively and effectively.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
