1. Check displays, availability of items, expiry dates, shelf tags, prices and general cleanliness & food hygiene 2. Deliver excellent standards of hygiene and merchandise of display 3. Make sure items are fresh, area is clean and standards are met 4. Ensure products are ordered, displays are replenished throughout the day maintaining the highest quality on display 5. Manage inventory accuracy and maximize the profitability 6. Ensure proper receiving by other staff in accordance with established procedures. 7. Lead the appointed team in delivering excellent customer service in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner 8. Supervise all activities in grocery section and to ensure the team is well optimized. 9. Train appointed team members in all company processes / procedures / policys. 10. Should have a baladiya card and work permit in Kuwait under article 18

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
