Job Description

1) Manages the operation of the kitchen.

2) Supports the superiors for budgeting and reporting in the kitchen organisation.

3) Prepares the weekly working timetable for Kitchen and Stewarding Staff.

4) Provides the processes of preparing meals according to hygiene regulations.

5) Supporting Kitchen staff in researching and developing new products.

6) To ensure compliance of kitchen staff with their working schedule.

7) Accepts the delivery according to the quality standards of Huqqa when the assistant chefs were not exist at the


8) To support Executive Chef on the examination of the monthly cost reports.

9) Properly serving the dishes respectively according to the order.

10) To support Executive Chef in the new menu testing processes.

11) To comply with the occupational health and safety procedures.

12) To comply with food safety and hygiene procedures.

13) Dress in accordance with the dress code. (Always clean and ironed uniform, well cared for hair and nails).
