Job Description
Strategic HR & Admin
  • Identifying human resources issues and areas of improvements, making recommendations for achievement of organizational objectives through requisite HR strategies and policies, in order to provide a professional work environment. 
  • Manage the cost of offices and branches when it come to the stationary cost and lease contracts, in order to ensure smart utilization of utilities and to control the cost. 
Performance Management
  • Establishing departmental accountabilities including a robust performance management system for an equitable pay for performance culture, in order to measure the staff performance. 
HR & Admin Operations
  • Managing the overall HR department ensuring all deliverables, including talent acquisition, adequate staffing, employment processing, compensation, healthcare benefits, training and development, records management, succession planning, employee rotation, relations and retention, and labor relations are achieved in a timely manner, to achieve employee’s satisfaction and avoid any audit observations in HR or Admin operation. 
  • Managing the overall the Admin department ensuring all deliverables, managing lease contracts, units and branches requirements, supervising renovations and capital projects. 
HR Business Partnership
  • Guides Senior Management by providing consultation on HR related matters including resource rationalization and cost optimization for improved productivity and profitability in order to achieve better business results from the resources. 
  • Complies with all regulatory bodies (internal and external) to ensure that all policies and processes are in line with the legal and regulatory requirements and implemented accordingly, to avoid any observations or penalties on the unit operation. 
Public Relations
  • Ensure timely approvals/work permits for staff and other projects from the necessary authorities by managing the PR function, to avoid any delays in the business and secure the continuance of the business.
