We, for our client based in Oman, are hiring a Head of IT Projects.
Job Descriptions: Having the market awareness and expertise of the latest technologies and products. Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve revenue in the IT vertical. Being innovative and launching new services Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization Designing training programs and workshops for staff Conducting regular system audits Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages for end clients Managing and reporting on the allocation of IT budget Providing direction for IT team members Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement Typing up with different partners and products
Desired Candidate Profile Minimum of Bachelors degree in IT Experience in the IT field Should be able to communicate effectively in English and preferably in Arabic. Strong communications skills, both written and oral, and confidence in presenting ideas with impact. Should have a very good personality; be adaptable in disposition with cross-cultural sensitivity. Should be willing to work on staggered weekly offs Motivated, highly goal oriented and willing to learn with a desire to achieve success Egoless & passionate thought leader with high levels of teamwork, compassionate and sharing attitude Experience of sales environment including the ability to maximize and deliver monthly-targeted revenues. Ability to handle a heavy workload, mediating demands and request of clients with a strong problem-solving drive. A holder of a GCC Driving License or easy convertible driving license will be preferred.

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
