Duties & Responsibilities: They are looking to hire a detail oriented, driven candidate for the newly created position of Head of Personnel. This role will be responsible for all HR Admin staff and reports to the HR Manager. Lead the organization and maintaining of personnel records; Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides; Revise company policies; Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance; Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics; Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event).
Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication, highly preferred English/Arabic; Great team management skills; Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS; Thorough knowledge of labor laws in Kuwait; Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)Knowledge of labor legislation in Kuwait; Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
Education & Qualifications: Bachelor degree in a related field; Proven work experience as a HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role; Minimum of 5 years experience in HR Administration;

Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
