Job description

Your duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Plan, controland organize distribution networks in the MENA region
  • Supervise the regional sales team
  • Determinate market demand and market potential
  • Develop country-specific market entry and sales strategies
  • Implement sales strategies, sales plans, and profit forecasts
  • Production of sales targets in cooperation with the senior management
  • Feasibility studies with regard to investments which are necessary to develop the market
  • Prepareand monitor sales budgets and cost planning
  • Maintain existing customer contacts and creation of new contacts
  • Report to the local management
Candidate profile

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
  • University degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of working experience in sales management in the MENA region
  • Excellent leadership and time management skills
  • Fluent in English is mandatory, Arabic language skills are of value
  • Confident negotiation skills and skills in approaching people
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
  • Willingness to travel and to work flexible hours
  • Highly motivated and energetic
  • Confident, obliging, convincing and motivating character
