Plan, controland organize distribution networks in the MENA region
Supervise the regional sales team
Determinate market demand and market potential
Develop country-specific market entry and sales strategies
Implement sales strategies, sales plans, and profit forecasts
Production of sales targets in cooperation with the senior management
Feasibility studies with regard to investments which are necessary to develop the market
Prepareand monitor sales budgets and cost planning
Maintain existing customer contacts and creation of new contacts
Report to the local management
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
University degree in Business Administration or Marketing
Minimum of 5-10 years of working experience in sales management in the MENA region
Excellent leadership and time management skills
Fluent in English is mandatory, Arabic language skills are of value
Confident negotiation skills and skills in approaching people
Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
Willingness to travel and to work flexible hours
Highly motivated and energetic
Confident, obliging, convincing and motivating character

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
