Job Description :
  • Answer calls and respond to customers emails.
  • Distribution of tasks and responsibilities on the support staff.
  • Analyst provides operational and technical support to computer users and interacts with external suppliers.
  • Provide support to clients through the Helpdesk function and resolve issues.
  • Monitoring the & daily administration tasks.
  • Training & support employees on most required operating systems.
  • Thorough knowledge of service manager helpdesk application & functional troubleshooting if needed.
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of (Service Desk) operations to include a good knowledge of IT best practices, industry trends and customer service.
  • Prepare analyze weekly and monthly required reports

Minimum Criteria :
  • Bachelor in IT with minimum 5 years of work experience in IT department.
  • ITIL & ICDL certification.
  • Arabic & English fluency.
