A degree in Medical Education is a plus.
Required Qualities: • Arab national with command of Arabic and English, spoken and written • A record of having assumed a leadership position in a medical school • Academician with proven record of leadership in his/her field of Clinical specialty • Have had some form of western experience (either studies, or Boards, or have worked). • Age – 55 years or younger
Responsibilities: The successful candidate shall be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the academic mission and achieving the objectives associated with the College’s four responsibilities including education, research, community engagement, and clinical care, and shall also manage administrative functions of the college, develops college strategic initiatives, and participates in university long-term planning and policy setting.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
