Requirements: • Perform the activities built within the key drivers in the territory with a key focus on generating demand from existing and new customers • Build and manage new and existing key customer relationship for sustainable growth • Execute brand guidelines, planograms, optimizing face to face time with the customer while ensuring the key steps of a call are followed • Develop relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations • Handle customer queries and feedback • Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast Required: • Bilingual English and Arabic • Possess excellent time management skills • A natural problem solver with ability to easily prioritize • Hold a full clean KSA driving license • Presentable, confident, flexible and prepared to learn

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
