POSITION: Host / Hostess

SALARY: up to 4,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation plus 450 AED for other allowances

WORK LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAE

AVAILABILITY: Can join by December 2019

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Open to ANY nationality

Male or Female, below 35 years old only

QUALIFICATIONS:

Diploma in High School or any related certification; food safety training is a plus

Minimum 1 year of similar work experience in hospitality industry or any stand-alone restaurant/outlet

Basic math skills; attentiveness and patience for customers

Excellent customer service skills and multi-tasking skills

Passion for providing extraordinary service

Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Active listening and effective communication skills

Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Greet and escort customers to their tables

Manage transactions with customers using cash registers

Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate

Collect payments whether in cash or credit

Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets

Redeem stamps and coupons

Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information

Greet customers when entering or leaving the store

Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas

Provide excellent customer service to guests
