POSITION: Hostess

SALARY: up to 3,000 AED plus accommodation, transportation, duty meals and other benefits as per the UAE Labour Law

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Open to Moroccan and European candidates

Female, 27 years old and below

Overseas candidates are welcome to apply

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Minimum of 2-3 years work of experience as a Hostess preferably in the hotel industry

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Greet incoming and departing Guests warmly

Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions

Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers

Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them

Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Team player who looks for ways to help out other employees whenever needed

A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure with all restaurant staff

Ability to provide customer service in a fast-paced environment
