The Hotel manager will be fully responsible for the day to day management of the hotel and will play a key role in the marketing and promotional activities throughout the Center including special events.
As this is a new Hotel, you must be a self driven and motivated person. This role will require someone who is creative thinking and can develop opportunities to increase guest participation and serve the needs of guest.
Plan and organize accommodation, catering and other hotel services
Manage budgets and financial plans and control
Recruit, train and monitor staff
Plan work schedules for individuals and team
Meet and greet customers
Ensure events and conferences run smoothly
Supervise maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings
Deal with contractors and suppliers
Customer service inquiry
You'll need to have:
A friendly personality, with a genuine desire to help and please others
The ability to think clearly and make quick decisions
A professional manner and a calm, rational approach in hectic situations
The ability to balance customer and business priorities
Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality management
Minimum experience 10 yrs
Managing budgets, recruiting, training & supervising staff, customer service experience

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
