Job Description
Our client is a leading company in Qatar and is looking for an HR Officer.

Position - HR Officer

Location - Doha Qatar

Duration: 2-3 months (can get extended)

Nationality -Filipino Female Only

Salary: QAR 4000 all inclusive

Job brief

Graduates with minimum 3-4 yrs exp. in HR with 1-2 yrs preferably in Qatar.
Skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. He/she will be responsible for administrative tasks and will contribute to making the company a better place to work.

They need someone who is passionate about HR and highly efficient. They expect the candidate to have knowledge of various HR functions. They would like to see a committed and approachable individual and be impressed with his / her character and skills.

The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees, management team and the entire organization. 

Responsibilities:

•Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

•Provide counselling and development of policies and procedures

•Be actively involved / coordinate and implement all recruitment initiatives by the Academy (i.e., by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, managing the hiring process etc.)

•Create and implement effective on-boarding plans

•Develop training and development programs

•Assist in performance management processes

•Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

•Maintain employee records (attendance, salary offer letter, contracts etc.) according to policy and legal requirements

•Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

•Perform other adhoc functions as required by the Management

Requirements:

•Proven experience as HR officer, administrator 
•Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)

•Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures

•Proficient in MS Office and other Microsoft applications

•Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

•Strong ethics and reliability

•Graduate of BS Psychology / BSc / BA in business administration, or relevant field with minimum 3-4 yrs exp. in HR Department, any further training will be a plus.
•With relevant HR credentials and background
