1. Capable of searching for suitable applicants for vacant positions and conducting initial screening
2. Complete joining formalities for all new joiners
3. Check attendance of staff from reports
4. Complete exit procedures of staff
5. Update the employee database
6. Update policies & procedures as recommended by HR Manager
7. Should have the ability to work in a highly stressful and competitive work environment
Skills required:
1. Must know MS excel very well
2. Must be well organized at all times
3. Should have good analytical skill
4. Should have good communication skills
