Job Description
A seasoned and high energy Admin & Human Resource Management Professional with vast experience from a large corporate company. He will assist the Senior Management in Planning formulating reviewing and implementing Human Resource Policy and Procedures, Introduce best practices in Admin & HR, Incorporate Companies vision and values into the organization. Providing HR Management functions such as Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Selection, Induction, Compensation, Performance Appraisal, Training And Career Development, Employee Grievance Handling, Restructuring, Layoffs, Implementation Of Omanization Plans, Good knowledge and understanding of Oman Labor Laws, Handling legal issues Etc.

The selected candidate must have the following qualification and attributes:

1. Must be a Graduate preferable with the relevant degree in Human Resources or Personnel Management with more than 15 years of experience.

2. Must be proficient in both Arabic & English languages.

3. Must have good leadership and interpersonal and analytical skills.

4. Ability to stay calm and composed even during high stress.

5. Should be innovative and people oriented.
