Recruitment/Onboarding/Termination

Get job spec from hiring manager

Advertise the job

Screen CVs

Conduct initial telephone interview

Coordinate interview with Hiring Manager

Send offer of employment

Coordinate with various departments/members for onboarding time slots

Conduct the initial on-boarding regarding company policies

Coordination for all aspects of medical insurance

Coordinate opening of new bank accounts

Coordinate finalization of employee exit

Ensure all aspects of exit check list and recovery of company assets is completed

Time Sheets/Leave Records

Coordination of leave

Management of travel requirements and accommodation

Checking of the employee timesheets and discrepancies

Documentations

Salary certificates/probationary review/performance management

Experience letters and NOCs

Record of all employee information (salaries/personal information/balances/etc.)

Employer Branding

Organize team bonding/social events

Coordinate team recognition programs

Reporting

Prepare HR Metrics (e.g. No of open hire, resignations, terminations, etc)

Others

Coordinate training program for the various departments

Answer queries related to HR policies, etc

Research and identify trends for employee engagement

Special projects assigned (if any)
