Job Description
Administration – HR
 Provide administration support to the HR Team as required to ensure efficient operations and project support 
 Generate employee letters as requested and obtain necessary approvals within the set time period

 Audit/maintain company issued petrol cards as required

 Complete/track employee handset requests to ensure compliance with the company policy

 Complete all company ADSL & telephone requests as required for new stores/locations

 Maintain du Corporate Plan enrollments and offers for Axiom UAE staff to ensure the benefits are communicated and managed in an efficient. Tasks include sim requests, handset requests, payment of bills etc. and maintain a effective trackers for all the records.

 Ensure SLA reports are consolidated for the HR Department and submitted to the Quality Department on time to ensure compliance

 Correspond with internal & external parties as required on HR

 Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties in order to support the HR department.

New starter - On boarding
 Prepare offer/ contract for the selected candidates and ensure that all contracts & offers are completed and signed by relevant signatories.

 Collect all the required documents from candidate to start process the visa.

 Prepare new starter personnel files as required and insure the contents of the file are up to date. 
 Ensure all the required documents are placed in employee personal file as per Audit requirement and submit for PR dept. to process the visa.

 Ensure all on boarding correspondence is sent to new starters/Line Managers as per the set timeframes.

 Compile new starter list and ensure the same is provided to L&D for induction enrolment.

 Ensure to provide all the required information to the new joiners on their first day of Induction training.

 Ensure to collect all the documents required from new joiners. E.g.: employee data form, employee beneficiary form, bank details and emirates Id application.

 Ensure to arrange the salary advance and the transportation facility for direct hires.

 Record/track on boarding data
