Responsible for personal and professional development of the organization's personnel involves employee orientation, development & training.
Accountable for employee welfare, safety, wellness and health, and counseling.
Performance management working closely with senior management within the organization.
Developing compensation and benefits systems that fit the company's HR responsibilities.
Workforce Planning and Employment.
Implementing the organization's recruiting strategy.
Overseeing new hiring and Interviewing applicants.
Pre-employment administering & tests.
Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations.
Conducting & Administering on-the-job training programs.
Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs
Preparing job descriptions.
Performing job evaluations and job analyses
Conducting and analyzing compensation surveys
Establishing Employee Relations.
Assisting in processing employee grievances.
Overseeing engagement programs and other employee relations work
Developing and administering health and safety programs
Conducting safety inspections & maintaining accident recordsPreparing government reports as to remain in compliance.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
