Should be able to maintain relevant HSE logs and documentation.
Should provide administrative support to the management and prepare monthly reports and presentation to the management regarding HSE policies and regulations.
Should ensure that all employees are properly informed about the working, environmental and safety policies of the organization.
Should assist in Local Qatar Authority compliance reviews, General risk assessments and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety and Environmental management of the site.
Should be able to prepare applicable HSE reports as necessary and as per the requirement.
Should be able to conduct daily and monthly HSE Meetings, Trainings and schedules as per the requirement.
Should have the ability to evaluate PPE and ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE.
Should be able to follow Fall Protection program, inspect all fall protection equipment and maintain inspection records.
Should have the ability to oversee Hazardous Waste Storage area and ensure regulatory agency compliance i.e. labeling, containment, proper disposal, documentation, etc and maintain hygienic and safe environment of the site.
Should be able to develop Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).
Should have knowledge and enforce compliance of Qatar Local Regulatory requirements.
Should be able to observe HSE regulations, encourages safe working practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports them to the proper personnel.
Should Assist in emergency response and provide first Aid treatment.
Should be available on site even at Odd Days/Timings in case of emergency and as per the reporting engineer/manager instruction.
Bachelors Degree or Diploma degree and should have Associate Degree in Occupational, Health & Safety sciences.

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
