GAC Group – IT is looking for an Information Manager who will be responsible for analysing, managing and govern data and information across all content types and formats. The successful candidate will be required to define the way in which GAC plans, identifies, creates, receives, collects, organises, governs, secures, uses, controls, disseminates, exchanges, maintains, preserves and disposes of its information. They will also be responsible for the development and ensuring that the value of that information is identified and exploited.
Develop Information Management principles, information models and provide leadership in information management.
Build organisational capability in information management.
Collaborate with all department to ensure information and data are correct and accessible to the business systems.
Support for database modelling and analysis.
Build relationships with the organisation.
Understand overall knowledge of Finance & different Operations of GAC
Help the TBM Team transform IT into a tool to develop and execute business.
Skillful problem solving together with the Business Units.
Develop knowledge of Business Processes landscape within GAC
Develop Metrics and Reports
Ensure information management is legally sound and compliant.
Comply with the GAC Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environment (QHSSE) policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with the GAC Compliance Policy and GAC Code of Ethics.
Travel to different regions and offices of the GAC Group and its customers.
Work under pressure in parallel, considering a high number of stakeholders (at different levels) in different GAC Companies.
Cooperation and Teamwork
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management or a related field.
Previous experience in Information Management and Information Architecture.
Good knowledge of Information-modelling and Landscape.
Decision making & Negotiation skills.
Overall knowledge of a PM methodology (PMP, Prince2, etc.)
Assumes responsibility for solving problems.
Overall understanding of IT (Architecture, Development, Infrastructure).
Excellent understanding of Information Management and its effect on the architecture.
Communicate effectively across all levels, engaging and inspiring at senior levels internally and externally.
Cultural awareness within a multi-cultural Corporate environment
Fluency in spoken and written English are essential.
7+ years’ related working experience.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
