Ensures the reliability and integrity of Ruwais Refinery plant assets and the effective implementation of Takreers Asset Integrity Policy in relation to the maintenance and inspection of Ruwais Refinery plant and pipelines and provides technical integrity input to projects. Acts as the custodian of the entire Ruwais Refinery capital budget, Takreer asset documentation, and project records relating to Takreer assets. Ensures all Ruwais Refinery equipment conforms to the Design General Specifications. Ensures continuous and reliable asset management strategy for safe and sustainable operations of plant and equipment including the application of professional inspections and corrosion management techniques and timely forecasts for the major repair and replacement of equipment, modification and re-engineering Minimum Criteria :
B.Sc Degree in Mechanical, Instrument or Electrical Engineering. 12 years experience in a refinery/gas processing plant of which 6 years are at a senior management level preferably within a multi-disciplined environment i.e. mechanical, electrical, instrument and civil. Management and planning skills Excellent leadership and team building skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to educate and motivate Data analysis and report writing skills Quick and sound decision making and judgement Able to use maintenance management systems such as Maximo. Knowledge of how to build asset integrity into maintenance work plans
